Day 1

Airport Pick Up + Hotel Check In

Day 2

Valencian Farmhouse Tour with Paella Lunch 

Experience the true essence of the Valencia garden by yourself. Today, you'll have a day away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will be taking you through the gardens of a Valencian farmhouse where you will enjoy a traditional carriage ride and you'll see the local chef prepare fresh ingredients and cook the most genuine Valencian paella! Prepare your senses for what's about to arrive at the table: a vast variety of typical dishes, from the Paella to exquisite desserts, Valencian sweets with coffee and mistela wine! We are sure, you'll have a lovely day out in the country, living several original, fun and enriching experiences in the Valencian farms!

Day 3

Valencia Wine and Tapas Tour guided by a Sommelier

We believe Valencia is not only known for its Paella but known for its whole world of delicious dishes and traditional drinks. Would you like to taste many excellent Wines and Tapas? So today, will be your day! Be ready to be taken by the hand of an expert sommelier, where you will be introduced to the beautiful old town of Valencia, taken to an urban cellar where you will enter the world of Valencian wines with the tasting of some wonderful wines of this region. Remember, that for this tour you'll need to be aware of only one rule, in Spanish cuisine, all Tapas, regardless if hot or cold, if large or small, if sweet or savoury, the only rule is that they must be shared! (and possibly enjoyed with a lovely glass of wine too!)

Day 4

Valencian Paella Cooking Class Experience + Visit Ruzafa Market 

Now it's time to practise everything that you have learnt! Today, you'll be cooking your own typical Paella, with an exciting Cooking Class. During your class, you'll be taken to the famous Ruzafa market to choose the freshest ingredients for your authentic Valencian Paella. And since you've experienced various exciting tastings and demonstrations over the last couple of days, we now believe you are ready to put all the skills, tastes and knowledge to the test!  But don't worry, you'll have a professional team of native cooks happy to assist and guide you through the process! Day 5

Departure

Today you are scheduled to be checking out of your hotel. Depending on your availability, feel free to explore and discover a little more of what Valencia has to offer. Either going for a lovely walk downtown or simply spending your day relaxing by the towns square with a lovely glass of Andalusian Wine, enjoying the sunshine.
