Day 1

Airport Pick Up + Hotel Check In

As your flight is approaching the Algarve, be transported by the fascinating views of the Ria Formosa lagoons, sandy bars blurring into the blue indigo sea, one of the 7 Natural Wonders of Portugal. Be welcomed at the airport by your private chauffeur, who will hold your name at arrivals. Then directly to the hotel for check in the accommodation of your choice:

 After a short drive to Quinta do Lago, follow the flaming torches alley and be welcomed at Conrad Algarve, modelled on an 18th century Portuguese palace made with stunning marble and designed on Moorish themes with striking interior designs, emphasising light, fire and water

Day 2

Prestigious Wine Tasting & Michelin-recommended Henrique Leis

Start your day with a visit to Tôr, a typical village where you will learn about wine making, and have the chance to taste premium Algarvian wines while enjoying beautiful mountain views. Learn about the production and wines' history. Taste the most prestigious wines from the region and even taste the most alcoholic Syrah wine in Portugal or even in the world at 17% alcohol! All with a side of regional tapas, made with premium products from the Algarve mountains: goat cheese, smoked ham, chorizo. 

In the evening, enjoy a 7-course tasting menu dinner at Michelin-recommended restaurant Henrique Leis, who embraces French cuisine enhanced by flavors of his South American homeland. A kitchen that celebrates the elegance and importance of detail.

Day 3

Michelin Star Secrets Cooking Class

This Michelin Star Secrets Cooking Class, is adapted to the traditions and the local ingredients of Portugal.  Learn the latest techniques and secrets of what is happening NOW in the award-winning kitchens of Europe. It’s time to play with your food— from spherification to foams to modern platings, you will be surprised by how easy it is to replicate haute cuisine at home. Take local knowledge from the stars to use at your next dinner party and wow. Your class will end with a delicious lunch and carefully chosen wine pairings.  You will gather around a hand-made copper tile table to enjoy what you and your fellow classmates have created using your newly acquired techniques.

Day 4

Catamaran Tour With Tastings of Regional Liqueurs and Sweet Treats & 1* Michelin Willies

Embark on this exclusive catamaran cruise with tastings of regional liqueurs and sweet treats.  You will head westwards to explore the beautiful caves and coastline all the way to the famous Benagil cave (also known as Cathedral & Algar de Benagil), without missing other amazing sights, such as the famous Nossa Senhora da Rocha chapel, Praia da Marinha, Captains cave, Submarine rock, Arco do triunfo and much more...

At dinner, be prepared to experience an exclusive culinary experience at 1* Michelin restaurant Willies by Michelin Chef Willie Wurger, a creative cuisine combining traditional Portuguese flavours with a contemporary twist.

Day 5

Craft Beer Brewery Tour

Spend the afternoon on a guided tour to a local craft beer brewery where you will learn the insight into micro brewery life, the journey beer goes through from start to finish and plenty of tasting along with snack food pairing. Taste a selection of quality craft beers, blazing a new trail in Portuguese beer culture. All their beers are easy drinking, popular craft beer types between 4 - 5% ABV, and recently won the award of the best local stout!

1* Michelin Star Gusto by Heinz Beck

After a leisurely day, enjoy a 5 course dinner tasting menu at 1* Michelin Gusto by Heinz Beck, where vibrant Mediterranean cuisine blends with cutting-edge Scandinavian-style design. One of Europe’s most respected three-Michelin-star chefs, Heinz Beck presents an innovative menu of classic Mediterranean cuisine with modern flair, establishing his restaurant as a leading gourmet destination in the Algarve.

Day 7

Departure
